Life’s busy. Dogs need bathing. Sunscreen needs applying. Elevators won’t wait. Luckily, Ben & Jerry’s has a solution: you can enjoy their ice cream whenever and wherever you want. We produced the Put A Stick In It campaign for their new novelty product—Ice Cream Bars—for on-the-go deliciousness. When life gets between you and your Ben & Jerry’s…put a stick in it.

When Ben & Jerry’s asked us to dream up a fully-integrated campaign for the launch of their new ice cream bars, we knew we had to go big. Our mission? Make fans crave that first crunchy bite, and let everyone know that Ben & Jerry’s flavors, chunks, and swirls are now ready to hit the road with them. We brought to life wild ideas, aiming for bold, playful concepts that would make people smile and reach for an ice cream bar, whether they’re at the pool, having some “me” time, or taking a break from all the busy.

There are plenty of bars out there, so the ask from Ben & Jerry’s was to lean all the way into their signature quirkiness and make something you couldn’t scroll past. That idea became the foundation for everything—from the concept and set design to the props and the way talent showed up on camera. We created a full suite of organic and paid video assets, including teaser, launch, and sustain cuts for TikTok, Reels, short-form, and digital commerce.

We captured that universal stubbornness we’ve all encountered when you’re juggling a dozen grocery bags, determined to make it to the door in one trip. We accepted the challenge to create this spot where our main character talks straight to the camera, letting us in on their hilarious inner monologue. Ben & Jerry’s ice cream bars show up as the ultimate victory treat at the end, a little reward for a job well done.

MISSION POSSIBLE

This playful, influencer-style take on self-care juxtaposes glossy wellness messaging with the chaos of real-life interruptions—like a large breed dog leaping out of a bubble bath. We embraced the challenge: renting a clawfoot bathtub, building a bathroom set in the middle of our studio, and keeping our equipment dry while a wet dog shook water everywhere.

How do you find a sun-soaked, luxurious pool in Vermont in the middle of winter? We know. This one had our prop stylist team showing up and showing out with hyper-stylized details—from bright, bold inflatables to a vibrant backdrop of lush greenery. Our production crew pulled off a convincing sunlit mood inside a dark, indoor pool. Our team definitely used our smarts on this concept, much like this guy solving sunscreen application.

For this new product launch, we created teaser, launch moment, and sustain concepts for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Here are just a few of our trending, thumb-stopping, and entertaining social-first videos.

We produced product and lifestyle evergreen photography across all five flavors. For product photos, it included hero shots, ingredients with packaging and bars, showing what’s inside the bars, and full range of flavors. For lifestyle photos, the goal was to show how easy it is to enjoy Ben & Jerry’s ice cream bars on the go and share them with friends.

How do you deliver a message and get their attention in the first 3 seconds? It’s easy when it’s talking about Ben & Jerry’s flavors, chunks, and swirls—now with a handle. We built a full copy bank to support the launch, from messaging hierarchy across the full flavor range and per flavor, to social launch and sustain copy.
